

Overview
Nicole Allicock is a litigation associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Munger, Tolles & Olson.
Before joining the firm, Nicole served as a law clerk to Judge Toby Heytens of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and Judge Christopher Cooper of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. She previously worked as an associate in the Washington, D.C., office of an Am Law 100 firm, where she helped draft appellate and Supreme Court briefs as both merits counsel and on behalf of amici curiae in matters involving statutory interpretation, jurisdiction and constitutional law. In her pro bono practice, she also successfully petitioned for compassionate release of an incarcerated client.
While at Yale Law School, Nicole served as an articles editor of the Yale Law Journal, co-president of the American Constitution Society and community development co-chair of the Black Law Students Association. Nicole also participated in the San Francisco Affirmative Litigation Project, working with attorneys from the San Francisco City Attorney’s Office on public interest litigation.
