

Overview
Michael Wei is a litigation associate in the Los Angeles office of Munger, Tolles & Olson.
Before joining the firm, Michael served as a law clerk to Judge Lorna G. Schofield of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York and to Judge Milan D. Smith, Jr., of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He also held an internship with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and, before law school, worked and as an analyst for a research company that provides economic and financial analysist to attorneys in commercial litigation and regulatory proceedings.
Michael earned his J.D. magna cum laude from Harvard Law School, where he was an executive editor of the Harvard Business Law Review and a teaching fellow in the Harvard University Department of Economics.
