Michael Quinan

Michael Quinan is a litigation associate in the Los Angeles office of Munger, Tolles & Olson. 

Prior to joining the firm, Michael was an associate at an Am Law 100 law firm, where he represented clients in white collar investigations, complex civil litigation and entertainment litigation. His experience included drafting dispositive motions, pleadings, trial and post-trial briefing, conducting legal research, preparing witnesses, assisting with depositions and participating in arbitration proceedings. 

Michael previously clerked for the Honorable Sandra S. Ikuta of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the Honorable N. Randy Smith of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Michael also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Robert E. Payne of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.  

Michael graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law, where he received the Michael T. Mason Scholar distinction at the end of each year. While at UCLA Law, Michael served as a production editor for both the UCLA Law Review and the Criminal Justice Law Review.  

Before attending law school, Michael served as a Senate Judiciary law clerk for Senator Richard Blumenthal and interned for the Honorable Stephen R. McCullough of the Supreme Court of Virginia.
