Overview
Michael Flynn is a litigation associate in the San Francisco office of Munger, Tolles & Olson.
Prior to rejoining the firm, Michael was a summer associate at MTO, where he worked on complex civil and Fourth Amendment matters in state and federal courts, including matters before the U.S. Supreme Court. He was also a summer associate at an Am Law 100 law firm, where he worked on appellate matters in complex civil litigation. Before attending law school, Michael was a special projects researcher and project coordinator at Columbia University’s History Lab, where he contributed to research on declassified historical records, prepared grant proposals and managed research projects.
At Stanford Law School, Michael served as managing editor and articles committee editor of the Stanford Law and Policy Review. He also served as academic chair of the American Constitution Society, participated in Moot Court and was a member of the Stanford International Refugee Project.
