

Overview
Lyndsey Franklin is a litigation associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Munger, Tolles & Olson.
Prior to joining the firm, Lyndsey served as a law clerk to the Honorable Toby J. Heytens of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
Lyndsey earned her J.D. from Stanford Law School where she served on the executive board of the Black Law Students Association and worked as a senior editor for the Stanford Law Review. She was also selected to participate in the Supreme Court Litigation Clinic, where she worked on the petition for certiorari in Knights v. United States and on the successful merits briefing in Houston Community College System v. Wilson.
