Overview
Julia Nichols is a litigation associate in the Los Angeles office of Munger, Tolles & Olson.
Prior to rejoining the firm, Julia was a summer associate at MTO and completed a judicial externship with U.S. Magistrate Judge Autumn D. Spaeth of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, where she researched and drafted decisions in habeas corpus matters and legal memoranda on discovery issues.
At Yale Law School, Julia served as executive articles editor of Volumes 43 and 44 of the Yale Law & Policy Review and as student director of the Temporary Restraining Order Project.
Prior to law school, Julia earned a master’s degree in philosophy from the University of Southern California, where she taught undergraduate courses in philosophy, politics and economics and mentored students through Minorities in Philosophy.
