Joseph Mantegani

Joseph Mantegani is a litigation associate in the Los Angeles office of Munger, Tolles & Olson whose practice focuses on matters related to civil litigation, primarily class actions and other high-stakes litigation.

Prior to joining the firm, Joseph clerked for Judge Andrea R. Wood of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. He was also an associate at a litigation boutique in Los Angeles and an extern for the Honorable Marvin E. Aspen of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.

At Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, he served as an articles editor of the Journal of Criminal Law & Criminology and was awarded the Lowden-Wigmore Prize for his journal comment. He was also a student attorney in Northwestern’s Supreme Court Clinic, a research assistant to two professors and a teaching assistant.
