Jessica Layden

Jessica Layden is a litigation associate in the San Francisco office of Munger, Tolles & Olson. 

Prior to joining the firm, Jessica was a litigator at one of the nation’s leading law firms in New York, where her practice included complex commercial litigation and regulatory and white-collar criminal matters, including corporate governance disputes, contractual disputes, business torts and government investigations. 

Jessica received her law degree from New York University School of Law, magna cum laude. 

Before attending law school, Jessica served in several roles in the Obama administration, including as press assistant at the White House and assistant press secretary at the U.S. Department of Education.
