

Overview
Jason Weiss is a litigation associate in the Los Angeles office of Munger, Tolles & Olson, focusing on product liability, class action and mass tort litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Jason clerked for the Honorable Patrick J. Bumatay of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and for Chief Judge Philip S. Gutierrez of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
Jason earned his J.D. from UCLA School of Law where he was a Michael T. Masin Scholar and elected to the Order of the Coif. He also served as co-chief managing editor for the Journal of Law and Technology and as a problem developer for the 2021 Cybersecurity Moot Court Competition.
Jason earned a bachelor’s degree of music in music business and management from Berklee College of Music and worked in the music industry before attending law school.
