Indu Pandey

Indu Pandey is a litigation associate in the Los Angeles office of Munger, Tolles & Olson. 

Prior to rejoining the firm, Indu was a summer associate at MTO. She also interned with the appellate litigation team at a nonprofit legal organization, focusing on voting rights and administrative law. In addition, she interned with the Reproductive Freedom Project at a national civil rights organization. 

At Yale Law School, Indu was a member of the Gender and Reproductive Justice Clinic where she argued before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit on behalf of service members and veterans seeking fertility care. She also was a Coker Fellow for Dean Cristina Rodríguez and a semifinalist and board member of the Morris Tyler Moot Court of Appeals.  

Before attending law school, Indu worked in advocacy and communications roles at Planned Parenthood Federation of America, where she supported federal and state advocacy efforts on reproductive rights. Indu graduated magna cum laude with highest honors from Harvard College where she was awarded the Bonaparte Prize for dedication to public service and the Hoopes Prize for outstanding thesis.
