Overview
Graham J. Wyatt is a litigation associate in the Los Angeles office of Munger, Tolles & Olson, with a practice that focuses on the entertainment and technology industries.
Graham has experience in copyright, trademark, entertainment contracts, executive-level employment disputes, class actions and internal investigations.
At Berkeley Law, Graham served as notes editor of the California Law Review and won awards for his performance in courses on corporations, legal ethics and criminal procedure. He also worked as a research assistant to Professor Frank Partnoy — a leading scholar on business law and financial markets — on topics related to corporate governance and shareholder litigation.
Before law school, Graham was a management consultant at the Boston Consulting Group, where he advised Fortune 500 companies on business strategy, particularly related to new technologies and digital transformation initiatives.
Outside of work, Graham enjoys seeing movies in theaters, reading non-fiction, spending time in Griffith Park, watching baseball and visiting U.S. National Parks.
Graham is a proud native of Minnesota and avid fan of its sports teams.
