Overview
Grace Rehaut is a litigation associate in the Los Angeles office of Munger, Tolles & Olson.
Grace earned her J.D. from Stanford Law School, where she was awarded the Urban A. Sontheimer Third-Year Honor for graduating second in her class. While at Stanford, Grace served as an editor on the Stanford Law Review, published a student note concerning employment discrimination against caregivers, and earned class prizes for outstanding performance in a variety of courses, including Advanced Civil Procedure, Federal Courts and Intellectual Property. Grace also participated in the Stanford Supreme Court Litigation Clinic, where she contributed to certiorari- and merits-stage briefing before the Supreme Court.
Prior to joining the firm, Grace served as a law clerk to Judge John A. Kronstadt of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California and Judge Milan D. Smith, Jr. of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Grace gained additional experience as a summer associate at a global law firm, where she supported matters across multiple litigation practice areas.
