Overview

Elizabeth Dyer is of counsel in the Los Angeles office of Munger, Tolles & Olson, where her practice focuses on labor and employment matters.

Early in her career, Elizabeth was a litigation associate at MTO, focusing on single-plaintiff and class action employment matters, including claims for retaliation, wage and hour violations, discrimination and harassment. She also provided advice on a wide range of employment laws and conducted internal investigations into alleged workplace misconduct.

Prior to rejoining the firm, she was a senior employment counsel at OpenAI and an employment counsel at Block, Inc., advising on U.S. and global employment law matters. She started her career as a litigation associate at a nationwide law firm.

Elizabeth earned her J.D. from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, where she was elected to the Order of the Coif. She graduated from the University of California, San Diego, with a bachelor’s degree in history.
