Overview
Alberto De Diego-Habel is a litigation associate in the Los Angeles office of Munger, Tolles & Olson whose practice focuses on some of the most high-profile cases on behalf of large technology companies.
Prior to joining the firm, Alberto clerked for Judge Vince G. Chhabria of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California and Judge Diane P. Wood of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
While attending UCLA School of Law, Alberto served as an associate editor of the UCLA Law Review, articles editor of the UCLA Journal of International Law and Foreign Affairs and vice president of external competitions on the Moot Court Honors Board. He also briefed and argued before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth and Eighth circuits as a student attorney.
Alberto worked in the entertainment industry before attending law school.
