

Overview
Adam Kwon is a litigation associate in the Los Angeles office of Munger, Tolles & Olson whose practice focuses on high-stakes intellectual property disputes and counseling.
He has extensive experience representing leading technology companies in patent and trademark litigations across a range of industries, including wireless communications, software, semiconductors, e-commerce and financial services. Adam routinely provides strategic IP advice to major corporations in complex patent matters and trademark disputes involving emerging brands and established market players alike.
Adam also maintains a robust pro bono practice, including federal appellate matters, immigration proceedings and appeals before the Merit Systems Protection Board. He is committed to ensuring access to justice and brings the same level of rigor and dedication to his pro bono representations as he does to his commercial practice.
In his spare time, you can likely find Adam attending LA Kings games, experimenting with new and nonobvious recipes in the kitchen, or snowboarding or fishing in Colorado (depending on the season).
