Overview

Abraham (Abe) Dyk is a litigation associate in the Los Angeles office of Munger, Tolles & Olson whose practice focuses on complex litigation and internal investigations, primarily relating to mass torts, educational institutions and labor and employment matters.

Abe frequently represents leading national and California companies and institutions in matters with complex, technical or challenging factual and/or legal issues.

Some of Abe’s notable matters include representing the Board of Trustees of the Thacher School in an independent internal investigation into decades of alleged sexual abuse involving multiple alleged perpetrators and the multi-plaintiff Plains All American Pipeline litigation following the pipeline failure and subsequent oil spill into the Pacific Ocean near Refugio State Beach.

Abe’s clients include Fortune 500 companies, public and private educational institutions and a leading nonprofit hospital. Outside of litigation, he advises companies and educational institutions on regulatory and employment matters.

Prior to attending law school, Abe worked on political campaigns and in political advertising for more than 15 years.
