Southern California’s Top Federal Prosecutor Returns to Munger, Tolles & Olson
Munger, Tolles & Olson is pleased to announce the return of E. Martin Estrada to the firm as a partner. Martin served as United States Attorney for the Central District of California from 2022-2025, during which time he led a team of over 550 attorneys and staff in protecting the public across the country’s largest judicial district with almost 20 million people.

This committee is comprised of attorneys at all levels of seniority and from all three of our offices. It is responsible for leading all diversity and inclusion initiatives at the firm.
Affinity Groups
Our five affinity groups – for women+, attorneys of color, LGBTQ attorneys, parents and lawyers with disabilities – meet regularly to build community, develop programming and provide support, advice and mentorship. Members includes partners, counsel and associates, as well as people who identify with the groups and allies.

The Paul Davis MTO Associate Fund
Formed in 2000, the Paul Davis MTO Associate Fund is fueled by voluntary contributions from the firm’s associate attorneys. Named in the memory of its co-founder, former associate Paul Davis, the Fund supports organizations in the greater Los Angeles, San Francisco and Washington, D.C., communities, particularly organizations in which MTO associates are actively involved. Since its founding, the Fund has donated approximately $650,000, with some of the Fund’s recent grants going to:
