Tuttle-Click Automotive Group, Jim Click Automotive Team to Be Acquired by Gee Automotive Companies 

Munger, Tolles & Olson is pleased to announce that it is advising the Tuttle-Click Automotive Group and the Jim Click Automotive Team on the sale of their automotive enterprises to Gee Automotive Companies, a family-owned dealership group headquartered in Spokane, Washington. 

Under the transaction, Gee Automotive Companies will acquire 16 dealerships, 10 in Southern Arizona and six in Southern California. The transaction is expected to close later this year, subject to the satisfaction of certain closing conditions.
