Law360’s profile highlights MTO’s role in consequential matters involving Susman Godfrey, the New York Attorney General’s Office, the University of California and OpenAI, as well as the firm’s work across constitutional, technology, mass tort, wildfire and regulatory matters.
Reflecting on MTO’s approach to high-stakes litigation, Co-Managing Partner Martin Estrada told Law360 that the firm litigates “the toughest, most complex cases, both here in California and nationally, [and we do so] with the highest level of ethics and integrity that’s integral to our firm culture.”
That commitment has remained constant as MTO has grown from its Los Angeles roots. Co-Managing Partner Daniel Levin noted that while the firm and the number of cases it handles have grown over the years, “those core founding values from 60-plus years ago are still intact.”
