Malcolm Heinicke and Katherine Forster Named 2025 Top Labor and Employment Lawyers by the Daily Journal
Munger, Tolles & Olson Co-Managing Partner Malcolm Heinicke and Partner Katherine Forster have been named to the Daily Journal’s 2025 Top Labor and Employment Lawyers list, which honors the top employment attorneys in California. This marks the 17th consecutive year that Malcolm has been recognized on the list and the second consecutive year for Katherine.
Malcolm’s profile emphasizes his 27 years of experience in employment law and spotlights a recent precedent-setting victory involving whether Delaware recognizes “forfeiture for competition” provisions. The Daily Journal praises his impactful amicus work, particularly his role in securing affirmation from the Delaware Supreme Court of the enforceability of the “employee choice” doctrine. The profile also highlights Malcolm’s public service work with the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency and Human Rights Commission.
