Nicole Howell and Steven Levick Discuss M&A Transactions at UCLA Law 

Munger, Tolles & Olson Partner Nicole Howell and Associate Steven Levick spoke at UCLA School of Law’s “Introduction to M&A Transactions” program on September 23. The event was part of the Lowell Milken Institute for Business Law and Policy’s Lunch and Learn Series. 

Nicole and Steve provided students with a high-level overview of M&A transaction agreements and shared practical insights to help aspiring corporate lawyers understand the fundamentals of transactional practice.
