Miriam Kim Selected as The Bar Association of San Francisco’s 2026 Secretary 

The Bar Association of San Francisco’s (BASF) Nominating Committee has selected Miriam Kim to serve as the organization’s 2026 Secretary. In 2029, she will become the 116^th President of the Bar Association.

On December 11, BASF will host its 2025 Annual Membership Luncheon at the Hyatt Embarcadero in San Francisco. During this event, Miriam will be recognized alongside the incoming 2026 Board Officers and Members.

This role acknowledges Miriam’s many contributions to the San Francisco legal community, including her involvement with BASF. It also reflects Munger, Tolles & Olson’s ongoing relationship with the Bar Association – this will be the third MTO lawyer to serve as BASF President, following former partner Jeff Bleich and Malcolm Heinicke.
