Martin Estrada to Speak at the 2026 ABA White Collar Institute 

Munger, Tolles & Olson Co-Managing Partner Martin Estrada will speak at the American Bar Association’s Criminal Justice Section White Collar Crime Institute. The forum will be held on March 10-13 at the Marriott Marquis San Diego and will explore the legal, regulatory and ethical issues impacting the white collar landscape.  

Martin will speak on a panel titled “Defending Sanctuary Cities and Progressive Institutions,” which will highlight the regulatory and enforcement risks faced by sanctuary cities and progressive institutions and how attorneys can help navigate those risks.
