Leadership Council on Legal Diversity’s 2026 Fellowship and Pathfinder Programs

Munger, Tolles & Olson is proud to announce that three attorneys have been selected to participate in the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD)’s 2026 Fellowship and Pathfinder programs.
Lauren Ross has been chosen as a 2026 Fellow, and Adeel Mohammadi and Lauren Beck have been named 2026 Pathfinders. Through these LCLD programs, they will have the opportunity to engage with leading figures in the legal profession, strengthen their leadership skills and expand their professional networks.
The LCLD Fellows Program is an intensive year-long professional development initiative designed for inclusive leaders who are mid-career attorneys. The program connects fellows with prominent legal leaders and experts in professional development and executive coaching.
The LCLD Pathfinder program, a seven-month program, focuses on building foundational leadership and relationship‑development skills for high performing attorneys early in their careers.
LCLD is dedicated to advancing equal opportunity and creating a more inclusive legal profession through programs that cultivate and support the next generation of inclusive leaders and lawyers.
