Kuru Olasa to Speak at 2025 Golden State Institute 

Munger, Tolles & Olson Partner Kuru Olasa will speak at the 2025 Golden State Institute, which will be held on October 23 at the Hyatt Regency San Francisco.  Hosted by the California Lawyers Association, the annual event brings together attorneys, academics, economists, judges and law students and explores the latest developments in antitrust and consumer protection  law, litigation trends and enforcement actions.

Kuru’s panel, titled “Market Power at the Market: The Kroger/Albertsons Merger Trial Up Close,” will be held from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm PT. Kuru will discuss the case strategies, stakes and implications of the trial.
