Munger, Tolles & Olson partner Katherine Forster has been named to the Los Angeles Business Journal’s 2026 Leaders of Influence: Labor & Employment Attorneys list, which recognizes leading labor and employment attorneys in the region. This marks Katherine’s fifth year on the list.

Katherine’s profile highlights her extensive experience handling complex employment disputes. She has litigated more than 100 class, collective and representative actions. Companies turn to her to navigate highly sensitive private plaintiff and government agency claims involving sexual harassment and abuse, systemic discrimination, whistleblower retaliation and pay equity.

Among the matters highlighted is Katherine’s representation of BlackBerry in a lawsuit filed by a former executive alleging sexual harassment, gender discrimination and retaliation, as well as claims related to pay equity. In November 2024, Katherine secured dismissal with prejudice of the harassment and pay equity claims at the pleading stage. In March 2026, she obtained summary judgment on claims for gender discrimination, negligent retention and retaliation during employment.
