John Berry to Moderate Discussion on Developments in Securities Laws 

Munger, Tolles & Olson partner John Berry has been invited to speak at the Los Angeles County Bar Association’s 56^th Annual Securities Regulation Seminar, which will be held on February 11 at The Biltmore in Los Angeles. 

John will moderate a panel titled, “Legislative, Regulatory and Legal Developments in Securities Laws” and will be joined by Gary Leung, former head of the SEC’s Los Angeles Regional Office and Professor James Park from UCLA School of Law. They will be discussing key legal developments in securities regulation and litigation. 

The seminar will feature remarks from the SEC Director of Enforcement Judge Ryan and Director of Corporate Finance Jim Maloney and a keynote address from SEC Commissioner Hester Peirce.
