Heather Takahashi to Discuss Patent Policy at ChIPs LA Panel 

Munger, Tolles & Olson Partner Heather Takahashi will join a panel hosted by ChIPs LA titled “Patent Policy in Motion – Updates on the USPTO Under Director Squires.”

The discussion will explore recent developments in patent policy, including shifts in rulemaking, evolving standards and key updates to PTAB procedures and Section 101 reform.

ChIPs – a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing and connecting women in technology, law and policy – will host the event on Tuesday, December 9 at Sidley Austin LLP’s Los Angeles office.
