Munger, Tolles & Olson partner Rose Ehler was recognized by Bloomberg Law in its third annual “They’ve Got Next: The 40 Under 40” list, which spotlights the accomplishments of outstanding young lawyers nationwide.
According to the publication, the contenders for the yearly awards are evaluated “on a range of criteria including records of success for their clients, leadership skills, and pro bono service.”
Rose was celebrated for her intellectual property work with media and entertainment and technology clients, including her current work representing the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) in litigation against stream-ripping service, Yout, as well as winning a trial victory against VidAngel and securing a $62.4 million jury award on behalf of Disney, Warner Bros., Lucasfilm and other studios.
