MTO Ranked Amongst Top 10 U.S. Law Firms on The American Lawyer’s 2023 Diversity Scorecard

Munger, Tolles & Olson was once again ranked in the Top 10 nationwide on The American Lawyer’s 2023 Diversity Scorecard. MTO ranked No.7 and this year marks the 19th consecutive year that MTO has been recognized on the list.

The Diversity Scorecard measures Big Law’s diversity efforts and ranks U.S. law firms based on racial and ethnic diversity across firm leadership, equity partners and other attorneys. Additionally, diversity in partner hires, departures and promotions was also factored into the scoring this year. 

Since its founding, MTO has remained steadfast in its commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion and the firm prides itself as a leader in diversity hiring, retention and promotion. Programs and initiatives aimed at supporting attorneys at all levels are implemented and an inclusive environment is prioritized so that all of our lawyers can thrive and contribute fully and authentically to all aspects of firm life.
