Ginger Anders Named to The National Law Journal’s 2023 Intellectual Property Trailblazers List
Munger, Tolles & Olson partner Ginger Anders was named to The National Law Journal’s 2023 Intellectual Property Trailblazers list for her extensive experience in intellectual property law in both private-practice and government settings.
The National Law Journal highlighted her impact within the intellectual property practice area, especially during her eight-year tenure as a former Assistant to the Solicitor General in which she briefed and/or argued nearly every patent case decided by the Supreme Court between 2009 and 2017 and helped supervise the government’s strategy in patent appeals. She was also recognized for her recent patent litigation work, including representing some of the world’s largest tech companies in federal court on appeal.
The IP Trailblazers list recognizes lawyers who “have made significant marks on the practice, policy and technological advancements in their sector,” according to the publication.
