Munger, Tolles & Olson Named Tech Industry Litigation Department of the Year Award Finalist

The Recorder has named Munger, Tolles & Olson a finalist for Tech Industry Litigation Department of the Year.

The award is part of the 2022 California Legal Awards, which celebrate the law firms and legal departments that are instrumental to the state’s thriving technology sector.

Munger, Tolles & Olson was recognized for its leading technology practice representing major tech clients on their most important issues including: representing Lyft in litigation challenging the enforceability of arbitration agreements under the Federal Arbitration Act; successfully defending Intel’s directors and officers in a shareholder derivative lawsuit; and advising YouTube in a high profile putative class action brought by content moderators.

The winner will be announced in November during an awards ceremony.
