Munger Tolles Named One of the Best Places to Work for LGBTQ+ Equality

Munger, Tolles & Olson LLP was named one of the Best Places to Work for LGBTQ+ Equality as it received a perfect score on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s 2022 Corporate Equality Index. This benchmarking survey and report measuring corporate policies and practices related to LGBTQ+ workplace equality was released Jan. 27.

More than 840 major U.S. businesses earned benchmarks this year. The survey results showcase how 1,271 U.S.-based companies are not only promoting LGBTQ+-friendly workplace policies domestically, but also abroad.

“Our firm is committed to cultivating a culture of inclusion for all attorneys. Supporting our LGBTQ attorneys and professional staff aligns with that goal. We are thrilled to receive a perfect score on the survey for the seventh consecutive year,” said Munger, Tolles & Olson Co-Managing Partner Malcolm A. Heinicke.

The survey scored businesses on non-discrimination policies, corporate social responsibility, supporting an inclusive culture as well as equitable benefits for LGBTQ+ workers and their families. The full report is available online.
