Lisa Demsky and Bethany Kristovich Named Top Women Lawyers by the Daily Journal

The Daily Journal has named litigation partners Lisa Demsky and Bethany Kristovich 2022 Top Women Lawyers.

Ms. Demsky was recognized for her defense work on behalf of Pacific Gas & Electric Co. related to the 2021 Dixie Fire and 2018 Camp Fire. The profile spotlighted her focus on internal investigations, white collar defense, crises management and complex commercial litigation, as well as her work as co-editor of the American Bar Association’s fourth edition treatise “Internal Corporate Investigations.” 

Last year, Ms. Demsky was recognized by the Daily Journal as one of the Top White Collar Lawyers in California. 

Ms. Kristovich was recognized by the Daily Journal for her crises management and litigation practice and for her defense work on behalf of PG&E arising from the Dixie Fire, as well as her defense of Reed Smith LLP and Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP in malpractice suits seeking millions in damages. 

This is the third consecutive year, Ms. Kristovich has been named to the Daily Journal’s Top Women Lawyers list.
