Ashley Aull Named to the Daily Journal’s 2026 Top Women Lawyers List
June 10, 2026
Munger, Tolles & Olson Partner Ashley Aull was recognized by the Daily Journal as a 2026 Top Woman Lawyer. The annual recognition honors California’s women leading the state’s legal landscape.
The publication recognized Ashley as a trusted litigator handling complex, high-stakes disputes at the intersection of technology, mass torts and intellectual property. Her practice focuses on some of the most closely watched litigation in the tech sector, including as trial counsel for Snap in multidistrict litigation alleging social media platforms contribute to addiction and mental-health harms among minors. She also represents Intel in patent matters and in novel personal-injury litigation involving semiconductor technology.
Ashley’s profile highlights her ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for courts and juries. As she noted, many of her cases involve “unprecedented theories of liability,” requiring her to develop legal and factual frameworks around emerging technologies for non-technical audiences.
Within MTO, Ashley credits Partner Greg Stone as a key mentor and source of inspiration. Earlier in her career, Ashley also clerked for Texas Supreme Court Justice Harriet O’Neill, whose approach to work and family continues to influence her perspective.
