Rachel M. Schiff (they/them) is a litigation associate in the San Francisco office of Munger, Tolles & Olson.

Rachel Schiff earned their J.D. from UC Davis School of Law, where they graduated Order of the Coif. During law school, Rachel Schiff served as a senior articles editor for the UC Davis Law Review, a research assistant to Professor Gabriel J. Chin, a teaching assistant to Professor Alan E. Brownstein, and a member of the Immigration Law Clinic. They also established and oversaw the inaugural Gender & Name Change Project at King Hall to assist low-income trans and gender non-binary individuals with legal name and gender changes.
Prior to joining the law firm, Rachel Schiff served as a law clerk to the Honorable Kimberly J. Mueller, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California.
