LEAP’s 2026 Partner Firm Honoree  

Munger, Tolles & Olson is honored to be named the 2026 Partner Firm Honoree by Legal Education Access Pipeline, Inc. (LEAP).  

On October 25, MTO will be recognized at LEAP’s annual “Take the LEAP” fundraiser, which celebrates the role of education and mentorship in supporting aspiring lawyers on their path to law school and beyond. 

MTO’s commitment to expanding pathways into the legal profession for students from traditionally underrepresented backgrounds is central to its work with LEAP. Launched in 2024, the MTO-LEAP partnership builds on the firm’s former MTO Fellows Program. In its first year, the partnership helped LEAP serve 65 fellows, with more than 20 MTO attorneys serving as mentors and the firm hosting four in-person workshops. Over the partnership’s first three years, it has enabled LEAP to expand its programming to reach 60 additional fellows.
