Munger, Tolles & Olson Partners Katherine Forster and Margaret Maraschino have been named to the Los Angeles Business Journal’s 2025 Leaders of Influence: Labor & Employment Attorneys list. The list honors the top labor and employment litigators and attorneys in the region. This is Katherine’s fourth year on the list and Margaret’s third recognition.

Katherine’s profile spotlights her experience litigating over one hundred class, collective and representative actions. She has specialized expertise in helping companies navigate highly sensitive claims, including at the pre-filing stage. Katherine was recognized for representing BlackBerry in a lawsuit filed by a former executive and Downtown Women’s Center for defeating certification of all but one narrow claim in a wage and hour class and PAGA action.

Magaret’s profile emphasizes her work leading the defense of cases against companies in wage and hour class and collective actions, discrimination claims and termination challenges.
