Ronald Olson: A name partner of Munger, Tolles & Olson, Mr. Olson’s practice involves a combination of litigation and corporate counseling. He counsels individual executives and boards of directors in a range of matters, including transactions, corporate governance and executive compensation.

Glenn Pomerantz: Mr. Pomerantz provides antitrust counseling to private companies in numerous industries and is one of the few private lawyers who has been asked by the U.S. Department of Justice and numerous state attorney generals to serve as lead trial counsel for the government in high-profile merger challenges.

Stuart Senator: Mr. Senator’s practice focuses on complex business litigation in trial and appellate courts, and investigations led by the Federal Trade Commission and Department of Justice.
