Glenn S. Shubb is the Director of Automated Litigation Support for Munger, Tolles & Olson. He focuses on large-scale and complex civil litigation, specializing in the effective use of technology to advance legal strategy and case and client goals.

Mr. Shubb has more than 20 years of experience practicing law and has been involved in the design, implementation and management of the technology workflow and discovery process for many of the firm’s largest matters, including representation of Berkshire Hathaway, Rambus, Philip Morris, Boeing, Verizon and Universal Music Group, among others.  He regularly consults with Munger Tolles attorneys and clients regarding eDiscovery best practices and to tailor solutions to fit the specific needs of each matter.

Mr. Shubb is an active member of the International Legal Technology Association (ILTA), a recognized leader in the eDiscovery community. He has expert working knowledge in most eDiscovery software programs and holds certifications in the administration of Concordance, Casemap, Livenote and trial Director.

Prior to joining Munger Tolles, Mr. Shubb practiced criminal, entertainment and general civil litigation in state and federal Court.

Mr. Shubb earned his J.D. from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. He received his B.A. in communication, with highest honors and distinction, from the University of California, Santa Barbara. He is admitted to the California bar.
