MTO Attorneys Selected for Leadership Council on Legal Diversity’s 2025 Fellowship and Pathfinder Programs
Munger, Tolles & Olson is proud to announce that three attorneys have been selected for the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity’s 2025 Fellowship and Pathfinder programs, including Stephany Reaves as a 2025 Fellow, and Shannon Galvin Aminirad and Brian Rivas Boessenecker as 2025 Pathfinders. As LCLD participants, Stephany, Shannon and Brian will be provided with opportunities to learn and connect with leaders in the legal profession to further develop their leadership skills and build their professional networks.
The LCLD Fellows program is an intensive year-long professional development program designed for high potential, mid-career lawyers from diverse backgrounds. The program connects fellows with top leaders in the legal profession as well as experts in the field of learning and development and executive coaching.
The LCLD Pathfinder program takes place over seven months and is designed to train high-performing attorneys who are early in their careers on foundational leadership and relationship-building skills.
Since its founding in 2009, LCLD is an organization pledged to focus on action—building real-world programs that prepare the next generation of diverse talent for leadership and creating pathways for their eventual success. LCLD’s programs are designed to attract, inspire and nurture the talent in society and within the organization, thereby helping a new and more diverse generation of attorneys ascend to positions of leadership.
