Munger, Tolles & Olson partner Jennifer Broder was named a 2023 Top Woman in Dealmaking by The Deal. In its third iteration, the award honors exemplary women in the legal profession who have displayed excellence in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, restructuring and activist investing.
Ms. Broder was recognized for her representation of Berkshire Hathaway in its $11.6 billion acquisition of Alleghany Corp. in 2022 and Weta Digital in the 2021 sale of its VFX technology assets for $1.6 billion.
