Munger, Tolles & Olson was recognized for “Tipping the Scales” towards gender parity in promotions to partnership. The Diversity & Flexibility Alliance’s 2023 New Partner Report highlighted MTO and other firms for having 50% or more women among their 2023 new partners. This is the second time the firm has received this honor since its inception in 2019.
