Munger Tolles Partner Jeremy Lawrence Analyzes Recent Developments in Directors’ and Officers’ Liability Insurance Coverage

Munger Tolles partner Jeremy Lawrence contributed to an article titled “Recent Developments in Insurance Coverage,” which was published in the American Bar Association’s Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Law Journal (Spring 2022). 

Mr. Lawrence analyzed a number of state supreme court and federal appellate rulings published in 2020 and 2021 and their implications for the future development of directors’ and officers’ liability insurance. The rulings cover a range of substantive areas including settlements of claims with both covered and uncovered matters, consent-to-settle provisions, and conflict-of-law rules.
