Munger Tolles Advises Nexus Capital in Strategic Investment in Lamps Plus

Munger, Tolles & Olson advised Los Angeles based private equity firm Nexus Capital Management LP in its strategic investment in Lamps Plus Inc., a national omnichannel retailer of lighting, ceiling fans and home furnishing products.

Lamps Plus is the nation’s largest specialty lighting retailer and sells its products to both in-house and third-party brands.

The MTO team was led by Kelly Kriebs and included Matthew Schonholz, Zara Bari and Steven Levick.
