Ms. Kristovich, known for her ability to drive to resolution high-stakes, complex matters, was acknowledged by the Daily Journal for her counsel to clients in crisis. Among other many high-stakes matters, Ms. Kristovich represented MGM in lawsuits arising from the 2017 mass shooting in Las Vegas and was able to reach a favorable settlement in only two years before any discovery — a remarkably fast timeline for resolving a mass tort of this magnitude.
