Grant Davis-Denny Examines New California Privacy Laws

In his Daily Journal article “2020 brings another set of new California privacy laws,” Grant Davis-Denny analyzes California’s move to postpone application of its California Consumer Privacy Act to employee and business-to-business data, expand exemptions for certain health and research data and adopt tighter restrictions for direct-to-consumer genetic testing data.
