Vincent Ling Named LCLD Pathfinder

Munger, Tolles & Olson announced on Feb. 7, 2020 the selection of Adele M. El-Khouri and Vincent Y. Ling as members of the 2020 class of Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) Pathfinders, participating in a program designed by the LCLD to train high-performing, early-career attorneys in critical career development strategies including leadership and the building of professional networks.

“This is a great honor for Adele and Vincent,” said Anjan Choudhury, Co-Chair of the firm’s Diversity Committee. “It is evidence that they have been identified as having the potential to assume a leadership role, not only in our organization, but in the profession.”

According to LCLD President Robert J. Grey, Jr., the LCLD Pathfinder Program offers participants “intensive in-person training, online experiential learning, and opportunities to network with peers and esteemed LCLD Fellows and Alumni in small group gatherings.”

“We believe it’s a program that can help catapult a person’s career forward,” said Mr. Grey.
