2019 Power Lawyer: Kelly Klaus

Munger, Tolles & Olson attorney Kelly M. Klaus was named among The Hollywood Reporter’s 2019 Power Lawyers in a report published March 27, 2019. The list recognizes Hollywood’s top 100 attorneys.

Mr. Klaus was selected for his appellate win on behalf of FX Networks in a defamation suit brought by actress Olivia de Havilland regarding her depiction in the docudrama “Feud.” The publication also highlighted his victories on behalf of Disney, Lucasfilm and Marvel in litigation against Redbox for selling digital movie codes and the Alliance for Creativity and Entertainment against Tickbox for copyright infringement.

Mr. Klaus focuses his practice on copyright and related litigation, including antitrust and class action litigation. He was also named a Power Lawyer in 2017 and 2018.
