Ron Olson Elected to American Academy of Arts and Sciences

Munger, Tolles & Olson name partner Ronald L. Olson was elected as a fellow in the American Academy of Arts and Sciences, the organization announced on April 12, 2017.

Founded in 1780 by John Adams, Benjamin Franklin, Thomas Jefferson and George Washington, the American Academy of Arts and Sciences is one of the country’s oldest honorary societies and independent policy research centers and includes leaders from the academic, business and government sectors. Its members include “the world’s most accomplished scholars, scientists, writers, artists, as well as civic, business and philanthropic leaders.”

Mr. Olson and fellow newly elected members will be inducted at a ceremony on Oct. 7, 2017, in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
